Yep, that one surprised almost everyone!
I threw up on my keyboard when I read the news. I might not watch in 2025.
Between the Andretti news, Hamilton, Gunther....this off season has been crazy as usual...lol. Can't wait for this! I hope Sainz takes Checo's spot....
Is Hamilton going to be even more of a pouty-baby when LeClerk outpaces him in 2025? Will he still be a cunt on the radio? I'm predicting yep. Long wait tho. Should be interesting watching the Mercedes/Hamilton relationship in 2024.
The only reason Checo still has a seat is the (sponsorship) money he brings along with him....Actually, now that I think of it, F1 really wants to tap in to the Mexican (hispanic) market, so that's another reason.

For a year where the driver line up wasnt changing.. it sure is a crazy off season. The $$$ involved in the Ferrari deal are just massive, reading a lot that one of the engineers Lewis liked most went to Ferrari, so clearly the new car isn't any better to what Lewis is wanting.
The Andretti thing is such a farce too like let them fuckin race.
I think they should let Andretti in. It seems to be a battle between FOM, the FIA & the team principles. Props on him to keep trying though.
