NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND NSMB.COM
As a condition of your use of the NSMB web site, you warrant to North Shore
Interactive Solutions, Ltd. that you will not use the NSMB web site for any
purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
You may not use the NSMB web sites in any manner which could damage, disable,
overburden, or impair the NSMB web sites or interfere with any other party's
use and enjoyment of the NSMB web sites. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain
any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available
or provided for through the NSMB web sites.
USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES
You agree to use the NSMB Bulletin Boards or other communication services only
to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related
to Mountain biking. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that
when using the NSMB Bulletin Boards and other communciation services, you will
not:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal
rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane,
defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material
or information.

Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual
property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control
the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.

Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar
software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business
purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages.

Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
-
Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that
you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such
manner.

Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices
or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software
or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication
Services.

Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable
for any particular Communication Service.

Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail
addresses, without their consent.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
North Shore Interactive Solutions, Ltd. has no obligation to monitor the Communication
Services. However, North Shore Interactive Solutions, Ltd. reserves the right
to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials
in its sole discretion. North Shore Interactive Solutions, Ltd. reserves the
right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at
any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
North Shore Interactive Solutions, Ltd. reserves the right at all times to disclose
any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal
process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any
information or materials, in whole or in part, in North Shore Interactive Solutions,
Ltd.'s sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about
yourself or your children in any Communication Service. North Shore Interactive
Solutions, Ltd. does not control or endorse the content, messages or information
found in any Communication Service and, therefore, North Shore Interactive Solutions,
Ltd. specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services
and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
TERMS OF USE
North Shore Interactive Solutions, Ltd. strives to provide a bulletin board
service and other Internet services of the highest quality and integrity. We
encourage open, honest and respectful communication between all of our members.
Our terms of use guidelines are based on the following basic values:

stimulating discussion and valuable contributions from all of our members.

A healthy community has room for and encourages participation from everyone,
regardless of their age, background or level of expertise.
We do not and will not review all content posted by our users on the NSMB web
site, and we are not responsible for such content. We reserve the right to delete
or edit any reviews or other postings that are not, in our sole discretion,
in the spirit of the basic values above. We will monitor posting activity of
anyone who violates the following guidelines and, if necessary, restrict their
ability to post reviews or messages on the site.
GENERAL GUIDELINES

No insults or personal attacks.

No profanity or obscene language.

Debate - yes! Arguments or "flame wars" - no!

Post solicitations to buy or sell products only in the "Buy
'n Sell" section.
PRODUCT OR SERVICE REVIEW GUIDELINES

Do not post a product review unless you own or have used the product.

Post only one review for each product. Multiple posts for the same product
are acceptable if new information is provided.

To ensure high quality, useful reviews, please explain in detail your experience
with the product. What did you like or dislike about the product and why?
Reviews should be a minimum of 50 words.

Employees of manufacturers (and their relatives) are not allowed to post
reviews for their company's products or for competitors' products.
LICENSE GRANT
By contributing or submitting product reviews, message board postings, product
photographs, or any other Content, you automatically grant (or warrant that
the owner of such rights has expressly granted) NSMB.com an irrevocable, royalty-free,
transferable and worldwide right and license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, create derivative works from and sell and distribute such materials
or incorporate such materials into any form, medium or technology without compensation
to you. In addition, you warrant that all so-called moral rights in those materials
have been waived. None of the materials shall be subject to any obligation of
confidence on the part of North Shore Interactive Solutions, Ltd.
