Washington

Because winter decided to stay with us here in Vernon and my bike craving was getting to a new high I decided I had to go South for some riding. It was awesome. I went to Walla Walla Washington to ride and and get away from the snow. I went there for about a week and rode everyday. I really didn't want to leave. So I left Vernon Wednesday after work and after stoping off and seeing Scott at Redbull I was off with 3 cases of Bull and the excitment of a 6 year old on Christmas eve! So after driving through the night for 8 hours I was finally there and was on the bike right away. I spent alot of time in there skate park which wasn't anything super awesome but was perfect to start getting the flow back. Over the next couple of days I continued to ride skate park and there wicked BMX track. I was even able to get Sarah out riding the track on my last day there! She pretty much ruled! Then I was able to start riding some dirt jumps and thats when the fun really started. It took acouple of jumps to warm up to them but in just acouple of minutes out came the tricks and abunch of good times. I spent most of my time on the sx trail which really proved itself worthy of all sorts of riding areas. Its such a wicked bike. I was able to learn some tricks but most of all I was able to really work on my style of riding which I think got much smoother over the short period of riding. My Washington trip was over all a super good time and I haven't enjoyed myself that much in a long time. Its funny how riding just gives me that warm feeling inside. Giddy Up! I would just like to thank Scott Jewett and Redbull and of course all our sponsors for there awesome support. Thanks guys! Anyway now im really looking forward to the Bike Expo in Vancouver and to see all the cool new stuff and all the people. Taker Easy
