Cove gets SRAM-wrapped
Vancouver, B.C. - December, 2005
Cove Bikes’ factory team riders are pedaling SRAM, RockShox, Avid and
Truvativ componentry for the next two seasons.
“We’re super stoked to be working with SRAM over next few years,”
says Cove marketing manager Gabe Fox. “Our guys are really excited to
take advantage of the entire product line.”
Top regional rippers highlight the progressive youth based Freeride/DH program.
Cove riders include Whistler’s Tyler Morland, Canada’s reigning
DH Champion and Crankworx legend, as well free-ride phenom and Slopestyle animal,
Geoff Gulevich.
“I'm stoked to take part in the development of the products that are killin'
it already and are performance proven,” Gulevich added.

Cove rider and Victoria native Andrew Mitchell was last season’s top
ranked Junior Canadian DH rider who took 7th in the Jr. World Downhill Championships.
Also onboard is slopestyle threat Ben Boyco secured who 2nd place at the Crankworx
Dirt Jump competition.
Collectively, the team features various industry leaders showcasing a talent
and style true to its North Shore roots. Additionally, Cove athletes are expected
to be great representation for their respective sponsors and brands.
“This team, these bikes, and these riders are core to freeriding”
says SRAM sponsorship manager John Dawson. “They race and ride at the
forefront and it’s easy to understand why we’re so excited to be
a part of this program.”
