Red Bull Rampage Final Results~
The Curse lives on and youth prevails

It looked like we might see a repeat winner for the first time in Rampage history.  Cedric was looking strong and we know he rises to the occasion.  In fact, when interviewed by a Spanish magazine who asked him about his hunger for results, his reply was, "I always have a tent pole."

The Rampage isn't that kind of event, though, and injuries can happen anywhere along the way. Cedric was practicing and he launched the line Cameron Zink was the first to try - we'll call it the Zink line from here on in - and he got loose and caught up in the shrubbery before being slammed to earth, unconscious. Cedric came back to the land of the conscious after about 30 seconds, but his shoulder was done and so was he. Without him, the event was several notches less exciting but, since it was already deep into red line, there was plenty in reserve.

I won't go into the hairball action - and there was plenty of it including the scariest crash I have ever seen - I'm just going to give you the results and a couple of shots to tell the story. You'll have to sit tight for the rest.
