Haro Bicycle Corporation and Norco Products Ltd. sign exclusive distribution
agreement for Canada
VISTA, CA April 5th 2002 -Haro Bicycle Corporation and Norco Products Ltd. announced today that they have signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the Canadian market. Financial terms were not disclosed. Under terms of the agreement Norco will become the exclusive distributor of the Haro Bicycle product line throughout Canada for the 2003 model year and beyond. Norco will also be responsible for sales and customer service. Prior to this agreement, Haro was distributed in Canada by Genesis Cycles.

Norco will begin to distribute, service and handle warranty issues for Haro products early this fall when the Haro 2003 product line becomes available.
