Yes - More Ramps
I'm just about to board my flight to Las Vegas to head to Virgin and the Rampage site but I wanted to post these before I get on the plane. The pundits on our bulletin boards are suggesting that this isn't really Rampage with built features. I'm not so skeptical but I'll be able to tell you more tomorrow. Until then have a look at these burly-looking features built by Squamish local Big Red Ted Tempany and his crew.
Celebrity Judge Joe Schwartz is on our plane but they just called us so I have no time to pick his brain. That'll have to wait. Next time I chime in Dan Barham, David Ferguson and I will be back in the desert.
The Red Bull Rampage crew is on site and we've got photos of some of thewicked course features that will greet the competitors Thursday morning. The riders who don't slip into shock will hoist their shovels, fine-tuning the course and carefully picking their lines over the next two days. The
battle starts with Saturday's qualifying round; who will be the first to man up and fire out the biggest gaps?
