I am lucky that in my area we have 5 group rides (that I know of) throughout the week (Tue pm,Wed pm,Thurs pm, Sun 7am, Sun 9am) which all have Whatsapp groups. Last winter there was someone out every Thursday evening even if it were only two of us.
Night riding is a good way to get the big rocks in whilst not missing out on family time.
