Hi, They will bend a lot in a crash but the zip ties will snap in a big one, I
just carry 6 spare ties in my backpack. Oftentimes just one or two break but a
bad off on a big tabletop ripped the whole thing off, no damage to the fender
just zipped it back on and carried on!
