Montgomery throws some big tricks off his custom built jumps. This is shaping up to be a good year for freeride and slopestyle. You in?

Freeeak! Was that a double whip-flip? and an attempted 1080? Absoloutely nuts! Bucket loads of style though.

When Mike came 2nd to Cam Zink @ Crankworx, although Cam had a great run, Mike did it on a hardtail, he tail whipped the giant drop and had just as good a run as Cam if not better. Mike was robbed. I like Cam, but Cam is more of a good strategist than a good rider. Mike is not a rider that feeds on the fact that braindead judges will award a win to one big move off one big jump if everything else goes OK. It's a really great thing to be able to do a 360 off the biggest drop on course, but if that's about all you can do, maybe a back/front flip here & there, then it's really not even the same class of thing that MM is doing. I hope MM will be better rewarded for the massive mayhem he unleashes. Montgomery is one of the pushers in this sport, not one of the ones taking advantage of its current state. A 360 off of anything is never a bad thing, but everything in this video that wasn't a 360, is a hell of a lot better.
