First day of practise at Val di Sole, Italy for World Cup round 5 and it was a day of two halves as a football pundit might say. Scorchio in the morning then Val di Rainio in the afternoon. Yes, another World Cup and another downpour.Talk of rain dominated todays pit chit chat. Pitter patter chitter chatter as I like to call it.P.S I couldn’t resist another power ballard, soz.

Track walk day at World Cup #5 Val Di Sole, Italy and things were very quiet indeed with teams setting up at a leisurely pace and enjoying a bit of sun after the mud and rain of Champery. Saying that though rain is forecast in the Sunshine Valley tomorrow and maybe Friday, uh oh.
