Seymour Smackdown
Mark your Calenders for June 6th, 2010, when racing once again returns to your backyard!
The North Shore Bike Festival brings you the 2nd SEYMOUR SMACKDOWN.

Some details about the event:
The Course: Ned’s Atomic Dustbin. The rocky tangled mess of a trail that everyone loves to hammer on. The start of the race will be just after the “American Bridge” like last year.
Shuttles: Once again exactly like last year. Saturday will be self shuttled and Sunday shuttles will be provided from Windsor School Parking Lot. There will be no access to the Mushroom Parking Lot on Sunday, only buses and Cube vans.
Shuttle Vehicles: 2 Lynch Bus Service Buses and following Cube vans for the bikes. Each bike will have a blanket to itself so there should be no damage to them.
Registration Time: Saturday June 5th, 2010, 11:00 am through 4:00 pm, at Inter-River Park.
Practice Times: Saturday June 5th, 2010, 12:00 pm through 6:00 pm.
Sunday June 6th, 2010, 8:30 am through 11:00 am.
Course will be closed from 11:00 am through 12:00pm Sunday June 6th, 2010 for a final walk through.
Race begins at 12:00 pm. Please be at the bottom shuttle location for 11:00 if your start time is 12:00, as the shuttle will be leaving then.
As per Regulations the course will be closed for everyone outside of these times on the 5th and the 6th of June 2010, as it conflicts with the XC Marathon.
Also to note for the general public, the course will be closed to you folks the entire weekend and you will be turned away at the top by a Cycling BC Commissaire.
