Norco Factory Team rider Jay Hoots has been building bike parks for more than 5 years. To date there are 31 Hoots Parks across BC and Alberta. There are currently plans for expansion across Canada and into the United States.

Hoots has built his parks in conjunction with Cities, Municipalites and Parks in order to standardize the growing industry. The process of standardization in itself is a huge step in limiting liability and creating a safe, well maintained riding facility.
